Larry graduated from State University of New York at Delhi with an Associate Degree in Carpentry and later transferred to New York University to graduate with a Construction Management Degree. He has obtained life long experience working with his father from a very young age and has been working full-time as a carpenter since graduation in 1993.

Larry began his construction career in 1971, at the age of 18. His career began as a union carpenter apprentice and later graduated to a journeyman. He continued on the career path to job superintendent before venturing out with his son to start DCC Inc. He is a Certified Graduate Re-modeler for the National Association of Home Builders and is also certified as an Aging in Place specialist.

Susan Dykhouse Nyman, Vice President
Susan has been with Dykhouse Construction for over 15 years. What began as a summer job while in college has developed into a career. Susan currently has her master’s degree in Education, and is in the process of obtaining her MBA in construction design. Susan manages the office and works with the customers to pick the finer touches of the home, cabinetry, tiles, bathroom accessories, ect.
